Proactive Solutions provides desk-side maintenance services and Local Area Network support. All support contracts are governed by stringent service level agreements tailored to the specific needs of each client. With response times ranging from as little as thirty minutes mean time to repair (MTTR) to the more common four hours MTTR, up to next day repairs, Proactive seeks to deliver service of the quality that exceeds client expectations.

Proactive offers a wide range of services including hardware maintenance, network cabling security systems, data recovery, LAN support, time and material, and first line telephonic support.

Hardware Maintenance

This service includes the repair and maintenance of Point of Sale equipment and desk side equipment such as inkjets, lasers, dot matrix printers, PC's and laptops.

LAN Support

This service includes maintenance and fault finding of networks including routers switches and firewalls.

Time and Material

Instead of a maintenance contract, clients may choose to call us on a time and material basis. With this service the client is billed on an ad hoc basis for labour, travel and parts required for the successful resolution of the problem.

Telephonic Support

This service allows clients to call our support centre for assistance. If we are unable to solve the problem over the phone we will dispatch a technician to the site to resolve the problem.
